Jeff Jagmin & Associates, llc  dba ifishtails reserves the right to update this agreement from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any of these additions. Your continued use of fishtails and our products after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified agreement.

We may provide various open communication tools on our website and social media, including, but not limited to, comments, posts, and QR links. In accessing our products directly or indirectly, you agree to usage only for the purposes intended as permitted by the agreement and applicable laws.

3. Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our products by any means other than through the means we provide, is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our products through any automated, unethical or unconventional means.

4. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our products, including the servers and/or networks on which our products are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.

5. Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our products without our express consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Any content you submit that does not adhere to these terms or applicable laws, or that could be considered a threat by any reasonable person, will be removed without notice and may be forwarded to the appropriate authorities.

Villages-News.com is not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If your submission is removed, you consent to such removal and waive any claim against us.

10. Ifishtails and its parent company Jeff Jagmin & Associates, llc and affiliates, their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, will be held harmless and indemnified against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by ifishtails, Jeff Jagmin & Associates and law enforcement agencies.
